Elliott graduated with a Higher Second-Class Honours degree from the University of Portsmouth Law School in 2019, before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, achieving an overall score of 73%. Elliott joined Dutton Gregory in March 2020 as part of our specialist Landlord and Tenant team and was praised for his client service and natural ability to communicate and empathise with his clients. In July 2023, Elliott was offered a training contract with Dutton Gregory which will see him spend time in various departments during the course of his training. Since becoming a Trainee Solicitor, Elliott has spent six months in Residential Property, Litigation and is now based in our Wills, Trusts and Estates department . Elliott is commended for his client service and prides himself on his ability to understand and support clients, helping them to remain calm through some otherwise complex circumstances.

    Litigation contract

    Elliott was very professional and understood my needs. The matter was resolved quickly and he was very good at chasing the client. There was never a long delay when waiting to hear back and he always made a deadline and kept to it. I'm sure I will work with him again in the future.
