    Bea was absolutely brilliant, I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. The sale process, which should have been straightforward due to lack of a chain, was an absolute nightmare due to third party factors out of our control. Bea persevered and fought through the multitude of problems that were thrown at us and got the sale done. I feel incredibly lucky that I had Bea as my solicitor. Without her experience, professionalism and determination it is highly likely we would not have got a good result in the end. Thank you Bea!

    Bea and her assistant Nic acted for me as attorney for my mother when I sold my mother's property. I did know them already and had no hesitation in using them as I knew that I could rely on them. They both dealt with the conveyancing professionally and responded quickly to any correspondence I sent them. They knew that my mum was on end of life care and acted compassionately so the process was made much easier. Their friendliness was very welcome in difficult circumstances
