Good but with slight reservations
FIRSTLY, Solicitors sent the initial documents to wrong address. Fortunately found quickly.
SECONDLY, after I paid Royal Mail £8.15 to send completed documents to Solicitors by 1st class delivery by 1pm. When contacting my contact at Solicitors to check, was told they had not been received.
When contacting Royal Mail to check, I was directed to photographic proof page showing delivery by 12 noon to correct address. It seems the documents had been received at reception but had not been passed on to my contact nor informed them of arrival. Unfortunate, but it did mean I spent 30 minutes on phone trying to revolve the situation.
Apart from that, all ok.

House sale and buying another house
Lyon’s Bowe are a very friendly supportive and professional firm of solicitors. They keep you informed at every step of the way. Happily take any query and respond very quickly with the right person/team. Nothing is too much trouble and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Good service.
So far we have had good communication from Lyons Bowe. The app is mostly working and showing our progress through conveyancing. We haven’t had communication from our solicitor yet despite being told they would contact us within a certain time frame. Overall I’d recommend Lyons Bowe but there are areas for improvement.

Quick and available.
Everyone at Lyons Bowe is really helpful and friendly. They were quick in producing the contracts for our part of the sale and were always more than happy to help with any questions I had.

Good service
So far the process has been smooth and easy to follow. The service is professional and Elijah informative and knowledgable.
