Guided us through a difficult time

5

Our solicitors at Hay & Kilner guided us through a difficult time with compassionate efficiency. They were sensitive, but clear-headed about our and our family's long term needs and helped to articulate and then formulate into a solid legal framework our desire to pass on any inherited wealth to our children. We will certainly be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

Helpful, friendly, professional

5

We have dealt with Alison for some years. She has been unfailingly helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We have confidence in her, and in the advice she has provided. The way Alison asked questions and listened carefully, and then summarised what her understanding was, made it very clear she understood our needs.
