Excellent Professional Service

Georgia and her team were excellent! They kept my husband and I informed at all times of the progress made, nudged the other side where appropriate, understood completely what service we required and had a genuine interest in our issues. Most of all though, Georgia is a very approachable, knowledgeable and practical solicitor and I thoroughly recommend her for any commercial property issues.

Daunting subject but guided through with empathy

I cannot recommend Hay & Kilner enough, my subject which was discussed, can at times be difficult to talk about, and even though I have discussed the said issue in the past, quite a few legal issues where raised which I had not thought about. I now feel calm and at peace about dealing with the issues and sorting my legal affairs to my satisfaction.

From first meeting Helen in October 2023 she put both myself & husband at ease. She explained the procedures and how long the claim could take to a settlement which we thought could be at least 2 years. She told me not to think too far ahead and take things a day at a time and try not to get stressed about it as that was what she was there for and that I could contact her at anytime. She kept us informed regularly. I couldn’t believe that in February this year the claim settled, she said it was the quickest claim she had dealt with. So I would just like to thank Helen for everything.
