Satisfied customer
I needed to up date my existing Will, but my previous Solicitors were unhelpful, so my family suggested I approach Samuel Phillips Law Firm, who currently act on behalf of my parents and used to act as my late Grandfather's solicitors. When I first contacted Samuel Phillips by telephone I was immediately impressed by the friendly and professional person who took my call. From there I was given able and professional assistance by my new solicitor, Felicity Nelson, and I am satisfied with my updated Will.

Administration of my late Wife's Estate
Following the death of my Wife, I required a very good Solicitor to prepare my new Will, obtain Grant of Probate in my late Wife's Estate and to administer the Estate on my behalf. I was introduced to Felicity Nelson who prepared my new Will and obtained Grant of Probate extremely quickly. Subsequently, Felicity administered the Estate promptly and brought it to a satisfactory conclusion. Felicity was polite and courteous throughout and any telephone calls, emails and correspondence were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I thank you, Felicity, for all of your efforts to make things easier for me at this difficult time.

Will renunciation and Probate
It was a very stressful time for us, especially when grieving for a loved one who passed away suddenly.
Peter Durham from Samuel Phillips law firm was amazing from start to finish.
He was professional, informative and most importantly he kept in contact. He always responded to all of our queries. When he went on annual leave, his supervisor Felicity took over until he returned.
We would highly recommend this law firm.

Will Refresh
Felicity Nelson made the whole process simple and understandable for my 2 elderly parents. Nothing was too much trouble even having to come firstly to Wansbeck Hospital in Ashington and then my mothers care home in Whickham to agree and then sign off the changes to the Will. I will certainly have no hesitation recommending Felicity to any of my friends and family who are thinking of making or refreshing their Wills

Application for Grant of Probate
Following the death of my Wife, it was necessary to apply for Grant of Probate. I was referred to Felicity Nelson who took all of the details required and completed the necessary documents in a very short time. At our interview, she was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She explained all of the documents to me in detail with the utmost patience. I signed the documents at the end of our interview and she immediately made an Application for Grant of Probate. Thank you Felicity and Hazel for making an onerous task so easy for me. I hope to see you in the near future to conclude matters.

My new Will
Following the death of my Wife, it was necessary for me to prepare a new Will. With virtually no delay,Felicity Nelson contacted me and we arranged an appointment, again with minimum delay. At the appointment, Felicity had already read my file and grasped the nature of my wishes. We had a long discussion about the Will and Felicity explained the Will to me in great detail. She did this with the utmost patience and professionalism. Felicity then arranged for the Will to be dated, signed and witnessed. This was an enormous worry lifted from my mind. I would recommend Felicity to anyone who is in the situation I was in. She is the ultimate professional and an extremely nice person to deal with.
