Tom has been excellent in dealing with a transfer of trust due to the previous company going into liquidation.
It’s been a worrying time not knowing what would happen but Tom was very knowledgeable, kept us as ease and was good with communication and keeping us updated. 10/10 and would recommend his services.

Daunting subject but guided through with empathy
I cannot recommend Hay & Kilner enough, my subject which was discussed, can at times be difficult to talk about, and even though I have discussed the said issue in the past, quite a few legal issues where raised which I had not thought about. I now feel calm and at peace about dealing with the issues and sorting my legal affairs to my satisfaction.

Tom is an outstanding Solicitor
Tom is outstanding and very knowledgable, he looked after us and we felt he genuinely had our best interests at heart whilst handling our important family affairs. From the day we met Tom and his team he made us feel welcome, nothing felt rushed and he explained the process and any queries we had very well to ensure we understood. Trust fund
Tom was excellent with us, from our initial meeting explaining the concept of a trust fund through to setting it up, even taking the time to visit us at our home when my wife was ill to finalise all paperwork.

Family Trusts
We felt cared for during every meeting with Tom. My mam was disabled & had walking plus hearing difficulties & Tom went out of his way to ensure her understanding, accessibility & comfort throughout each meeting. She enjoyed & looked forward to the meetings with him.
