Feed back re Ethan Murray’s work regarding purchase of my home
Ethan Murray was in charge of the sale of my house and did an excellent job. He also took over from Craig Deacon , who was in charge of my purchasing a Bunglow . Ethan did an excellent job of completing the selling and purchasing my homes. I was purchasing a Bunglow and originally Craig Deacon was in charge of that case but after sending a couple of correspondence, he disappeared without any explanation, which is not satisfactory for a client in the middle of a buying a home. Luckily, Ethan Murray took over my case and dealt with all the search, findings, tasks and correspondence with the seller’s solicitor. He was aware of my situation i.e. my house was sold , my belongings were in storage , and I was living with various friends whilst waiting for the purchase of my home to be completed. He ensured no time was wasted . Ethan always explained any legal terms that I was not sure of and responded to my letters immediately. I was impressed by Ethan’s professionalism and humanity; a true gentleman. It has been a pleasure working with him. Lilac Law Limited is a lucky Firm to have people like Ethan working for it.
