David undertook his training contract at Fuglers Solicitors, London W1 before opening his own law firm, David Rosen & Co [Part I], in Farringdon Road, London. David then became an equity partner and head of litigation at Darlingtons Solicitors LLP, until its demise in 2020.

Excellent Commercial Litigation
I engaged David to resolve an urgent commercial litigation matter which he did so to an excellent standard.
He very quickly and concisely understood the issues at hand and worked speedily, tenaciously, and within the estimated budget to resolve the matter in approximately 2 weeks.
Without David's breadth of experience, insightful guidance and legal expertise the outcome would have been very different and far more stressful.
I thoroughly recommend David for commercial litigation.

Review of David Rosen
I have used David Rosen the last 12 months on litigation. I found David to be intelligent and greatly experienced. He is tenacious and looks for the truth. He is a master on strategy and has a strong command of the English language and the UK legal system. The case I was involved with was very complex and time consuming. David was thorough and approached the case logically and carefully. I would recommend David.

David brought the case and won.
After 8 years with a Solicitor who I now know did very little for my cause, I was thankfully recommended to David Rosen.
Within a year or so, he made my case come to Court.
With his expertise and attention to fine details we not only won the case, but he got me interest on the money outstanding, and most of my costs.
Certainly a fantastic result, considering I was nearly going to ditch the whole thing.
Thank you David for all your help and valuable knowledge in winning this case.
