I actually switched from a digital conveyancer to Horwood & James at the start of the sale process, because I was so fed up with getting automated responses, digital forms to complete, and no one, except a machine or robot, to ring up and speak to about the buying process! Ditching this company early on in the process and going with H&J was a great decision. John Reddington was always available, on hand, guided me safely through the sale, and I always felt at ease. H&J's tagline - Traditional Values & Modern Approach - is no idle boast or marketing ploy. For once, a company who mean what they say/write. They combine an individualised, personal service with highly professional and knowledgeable staff. John did an excellent job
