As executors for our late mother's estate, my brother and I engaged Risdon Hosegood. Our solicitor explained each step clearly and kept us up to date with all developments. I was appointed Executor of their estate by someone who passed away in Australia. There were a number of complexities that a different Solicitor in another firm had failed to deal with promptly and adequately. Wills and LPAs
I found the whole procedure was dealt with very professionally. Wills are very complicated documents to complete, trying to ensure all our wishes for family are taken into account. I had a lot of queries dealt with and answered. Same with LPAs. To understand legal jargon is quite hard.

From the start, our situation was treated with sympathy and understanding. The appoint solicitor, Bart Obszynski, explained the procedures and requirements for dealing with my request! Every assistance was given and the matter dealt with in a kind and efficient manner. A great deal of help was given to negotiate the huge task of settling the Will and estate involved. Will
The Receptionist/telephonist was very personable and knowledgeable of the firm's structure and made the appointment. The solicitor who dealt with my matter was very friendly and give me good advice. The matter was concluded in good time and in a separate note, the Receptionist assisted in locating staff to witness the Will. I thank her for that.

Efficient and professional service.
