Friendly and efficient conconveyancing service

Absolutely superb - can't recommend Eccles Heddon enough.
Having had a great experience last year on another property transaction, I had no hesitation in instructing Eccles Heddon in February 2023 for a new flat I was purchasing. As before, everything went through like clockwork. Great communication, prompt responses and clear, valuable knowledge and advice from Louisa Muggeridge ensured that I went from my offer being accepted by the seller, to completing on the property, in just 51 days - outstanding. I also want to acknowledge the wider team, with Jane Towers handling everything flawlessly whilst Louisa was on some well earned leave. Even the estate agents were amazed! I cannot recommend Eccles Heddon enough and would happily use them again.

Excellent house sale and purchase
From initially handling sale of our house to adding the purchase of another, bringing both transactions together for simultaneous completion, deserves our commendation of Louisa Muggeridge. House purchase
Louise was fantastic with our house purchase, we couldn't have asked for more.
She worked tirelessly to make sure we kept to our completion date (even though it was very challenging at times!!), and was always available to answer any questions we had!
We never had to chase her on anything, she was efficient, professional and always kept us in the loop, we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
