Everything was clearly communicated and dealt with immediately, providing a sense of reassurance that everything was being done with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
I, like everyone else, was very keen to complete prior to the stamp duty change and from early on I was confident everything was being done to achieve this, despite I'm sure many clients all pressing for the same.

It has been a near-perfect experience dealing with Victoria at BDG, rarely have I been so pleased with a professional service; I have bought a sold a few houses and this has been by far the easiest, despite challenging time demands and in depth enquiries.
