In March 2019 Chris appeared on BBC television show Inside Out to discuss systemic failings in the NHS leading to late diagnosis and late treatment of cancer. In February 2022 Chris appeared on BBC television show East Midlands Today to discuss surgical failings in the NHS leading to loss of a lung resulting in one of his clients’ receiving compensation of £500,000.00. Medical negligence
I contacted Bridge- Mcfarland in 2017 and within a week they had travelled a very long distance to my house in Kent to meet me.
I had no idea the process was going to be a long road ahead.
This was not the fault of the solicitors from start to finish.
We also hit covid which made the process longer, however with a great end result this took 6 and a half years.
Over the years I have spent many of hours on phone call's and teams meetings.
All staff had a friendly approach, gave clear advice and helped me when I am not savvy on the laptop, nothing was too much.
All the staff are very professional to a high standard, nothing is too much for them they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well looked after.
I was given the best service and could not be any happier with having Bridge-Mcfarland to represent me.
I have to say it's going to be some what strange for our contact to come to an end.
I just want to say a huge Thank you for the hard work and determination every staff member has put in to making sure I had the outcome I so rightly deserved.
Chris and Ian you are both super stars Thank you in not enough for what you have achieved a first class service delivered.

Compassionate & professional solicitors that care
Both solicitors I dealt without through my 5-year legal process, Chris Green & Luke Simpson, were compassionate, approachable and clearly very knowledgeable about the topic throughout the entire process.

Extremely happy
I can only say that I am extremely happy with the service that you particularly and indeed the team at bridge McFarland have provided for me as the last 6 1/2 seven years. You have always been there to answer any questions that I’ve had, to reassure me when things have got a bit dicey but above all to be realistic and help us achieve a good result. From the beginning we knew this was going to be a difficult case . Nobody has ever sugar coated how difficult this was going to be, although I’m not sure any of us realised it was going to get quite as uncertain as it did. By providing the excellent service that you have you have enabled me to go forward more positively and more confidently in my financial future. Bridge McFarland, Ian, and yourself have been nothing but accommodating to my needs. I appreciate home visits are not a normal practice and thank you for them. Settling the case would for some people(firms) be the end of the matter, it has not been the case with yourselves. You have gone on to help me secure independent financial advice, indeed I have an appointment with Howard next week, and pointed me in the right direction with getting my ‘affairs’ in order. I am sure I shall also be taking advantage of the conveyancing services that the company offers as well in the not-too-distant future.
