Skillful, experienced and practical

Amazingly talented, focused & Honest.
I came to Mark when my divorce took an ugly turn and I knew I needed someone at the top of their game to help me.
Mark was always available when I needed him which made a big difference and puts him above other solicitors (I had started this process with another firm and could not speak to them for several days sometimes but this never happened with Mark).
Mark is extremely focused, professional and knowledgeable and was able to keep me on the right track with decisions. Even when I was being stubborn, Mark was very good at explaining his rationale and ultimately steering me towards what was in my best interest. His experience and knowledge of the system is a real advantage to anyone he is representing.
If you are looking for an honest, straightforward and skilled solicitor who is genuinely going to look after you and get you to the end without unnecessary costs then I would highly recommend Mark.
It’s been one of the hardest times of my life but I’m truly thankful &appreciative that Mark has been my Lawyer and has achieved the outcomes he did. I will be eternally grateful to Mark and his team for all his guidance and support.

Brilliant team and service

First-rate
Mark and his team finally took the helm on a long-drawn out divorce case. Mark was calm, honest and pro-active. Whenever he wasn’t available his team were there, responding quickly and helpfully. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great service
Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgable, all the while displaying empathy in a highly stressful situation, even taking calls on holiday to help move things forward. I only wish I would have found him earlier, would highly recommend.

Great divorce advice
I contacted Mark Heptinstall for an initial conversation, having read about him on Legal 500 and Chambers. He was friendly, quickly got a thorough grasp of my situation, and offered some very useful structural advice, as well as some pointers that I had not considered. I felt that his judicial experience in family law was reflected in the confidence with which he was able to answer all my queries about possible court outcomes.

Seperation and Financial Settlement
