Terry started at Clements Solicitors as a Paralegal in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. Terry graduated with a first class degree LLB (Hons) in Law having completed his degree at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, where he undertook a self-taught module in Sports Law which also formed the basis of his dissertation. Terry later completed the Legal Practice Course at the same University, achieving Distinction marks in his Business and Employment Law elective modules. Terry previously has experience in another local firm and has also previously raised funds for Pro Bono legal initiatives where his team received a ‘Gold Award’ for their fund raising efforts which were among the top ten in the country. Outside of work, Terry has practised martial arts since the age of five and has been crowned Ishin Ryu Ju-Jitsu British Champion in both Takedown and Submission competitions. He is also a keen linguist and always looks to learn new languages when he has the opportunity. He finds no better way to pass the time though, than with his family.

I was recommended to contact Clements Solicitors. After my initial consultation I was told I had more than a 50% chance of success. They agreed to take my claim on a no win no fee arrangement. Tom Clements spoke to me to discuss the claim further. Tom was very professional and genuinely seemed to want to get me the result that I deserved. Terry who was my main solicitor was absolutely fantastic in his communication and was with me at every step before the final hearing. The delays for tribunal hearings as a result of the pandemic caused my case to only be finally heard after 2 and half years. During this time these guys have provided me a great level of support and encouragement in the prospects of success of my claim. My employer had no appetite to settle so I fought up the final hearing. The costs of employing a barrister was just not feasible for me so I represented myself. This was tough as this was not only my first time at a tribunal hearing but I was on my own and my ex employer used a very well know firm to represent them. This obviously gave them an advantage with knowledge of employment law and how to lead a witness in cross examination. I did not get the decision at the tribunal however my claim was worth fighting. Even though I didn’t win my claim,
I would 100% recommend using Clements solicitors as their reviews are a true reflection of the firm. Great solicitors, knowledgeable and passionate about getting results.

Excellent solicitors,understanding and caring..Hats off to tom,luca and terry.. I have serious health issues,bed bound and the area i live ,issues with wifi..TomAssurd me it wont be an issue and will be able to deliver my case to the courts..It was an excellent result..
