Efficient and stress free flat sale

JCP Swansea - Sarah Lowe & Muneeb Shaikh
I recently changed solicitors last minute on a case and put it with JCP Swansea. I explained that we were under pressure to progress the case asap, that it was quite complicated and we needed to meet a tight deadline. Sarah & Muneeb were brilliant, they dealt with my endless requests, resolved all the issues that cropped up, worked tirelessly on the case and were just in general great to deal with. They played a massive part in our clients being able to purchase their first home. I would highly recommend Sarah & Muneeb at JCP Swansea.

Muneeb Shaikh (Thank you SO much) was nearly always immediately available to help with an awkward process.
The amount of time that he gave me, both on the phone, and personal meetings was so appreciated.
I honestly thought the final bill would have been significantly more!

Extremely diligent
JCP ensured that the transaction was conducted as smoothly as possible and ensured that what we required was put in place before Completion, despite resistance from the other side! Their communication was timely, clear and concise and they were always on hand to answer any queries or deal with any concerns.

Excellent service
Sarah and Muneeb were professional and helpful throughout the process of selling my late fathers house, they kept me informed, were patient and supportive which I appreciated especially as I was unfamiliar with the process.

Seamless conveyancing process
JCP, courtesy of Legal Advisor, Muneeb Shaikh, conducted the conveyancing process in a prompt and interactive manner. I was always able to speak directly with Muneeb in addition to my emails being responded to with alacrity. I had no cause to be dissatisfied with any facet of the professional service received.
Do not be put off by JCP being a large firm, one of the main advantages of this is that the progress of your case is monitored and thus is not subjected to an unexplained or implausible indefiniteness.
When seeking quotes for conveyancing, JCP was the ONLY one that cited in advance what the cost implications would be in the event of an aborted sale.

Excellent customer service
We used JCP Solicitors for our conveyancing when selling our property. Muneeb Shaikh was the legal assinstant who dealt with the case. From the outset we could not fault Muneebs professional service. House selling is a stressful situation but this was made so much better with excellent communication as we would expect, updating us every step of the process. Thank you.
