JCP saved the day ... on the advice of my estate agent I initially engaged the services of a different solicitor but after a whole month not one single thing had happened despite me chasing a number of times. I then decided to switch to JCP who had already given me a brilliant conveyancing service back in 2022. The speed in which they turned all the initial paperwork around was incredible. Solicitor Laura Winter and Legal Assistant Victoria Holmes were efficient, accessible, and hardworking on my behalf. My husband and I hired JCP's services to help us with the purchase of our first home. We were far from disappointed. We were assigned Victoria Holmes and Laura Winter who were both professional, approachable and efficient throughout the entire process; I was so grateful for their fast replies, and they answered every one of my questions (even the smaller/silly ones) with the utmost patience and dedication. With my mother developing Dementia/Alzheimer's, and never agreeing to Power of Attorney, it was advised by Local Authority departments involved with her care that it was best for the family to consider taking up a Deputyship for her financial affairs. This prompted a request to her solicitors to see if it was possible for them to deal with this matter, and thankfully they were able to do. The solicitor handling this request has treated the application with great professionalism, been very

I had a very positive experience working with JCP Solicitors and in particular William Vaughan on my personal injury claim. From the beginning, he was professional, approachable, and showed a genuine interest in looking after my best interests.
William provided clear and sensible advice throughout the process, helping me understand each step without overwhelming me with legal jargon. His communication was excellent — I was always kept updated and fully aware of any developments in my case. I never felt out of the loop.
He was also very proactive, often taking initiative to move things along efficiently and ensure that everything was handled thoroughly. His attention to detail and dedication gave me great confidence during a difficult time.

Myself and my partner have been represented by Angela Killa for almost 15 months through family court and WAW she didn't disappoint.
