We used JCP for the purchase of our first house in Feb 2015 with Claire Edwards being our appointed solicitor. The whole process was incredibly smooth and we were kept up-to-date with everything that was happening. Would highly recommend JCP and more specifically Claire.

Sale of Property
Instructed Claire Edwards and Helen Rule to act in the sale of a property. Service was excellent, always easy to contact and thoroughly professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Sale of house - Excellent service
JCP Solicitors carried out the conveyancing on the sale of my mother’s house. Helen Rule and Claire Edwards were excellent throughout the whole process from initial contact to completion of the sale. It was easy to get in touch by email or telephone and queries were always answered or resolved quickly. First class service and I would highly recommend.

Purchase of a coastal housing flat
We experienced a lot of delays with the purchase of a coastal housing flat but all the delays were due to the sellers solicitor and not JCP.
Claire Edwards and Helen Rule kept us updated all the way through and we’re always helpful and available whenever we phoned.
We will definitely be using them again.

Having initially contacted JCP to act as our solicitors for the house sale. Conveyancing after probate
It has been a positive experience, as an executor selling a property, working with Claire Edwards and Helen Rule, who have been really helpful and thorough throughout .
And getting things done in a timely fashion - much appreciated.
And working with Alice Rowlands on the probate has been a very good experience. She has held my hand throughout - and continues to do so.

Sale of Property
Following a bereavement had to sell a property
The service provided was excellent both Helen Rule & Claire Edwards were always on hand to guide us through the process, and were both efficient & respectful of our situation. They were always available for any queries and dealt with issues immediately.
The sale was completed in the time scale required for our buyers and the whole process was painless & professional

Great service

Amazing service
We went to JCP as a previous solicitor couldn’t resolve an issue on our remortgage. We were told it would take up to 6 months to resolve. JCP had it sorted within 1 month and were excellent and thorough throughout.
I will be using them now for all my requirements and special commendation to Claire Edwards who provided excellent service. She’s an asset to JCP.
