Obviously legal matters worry everybody , they certainly gave me ,and my 2 sisters sleep deprivation ,but Claire explains quietly ensuring we understood . Claire has always replied to my emails and phone calls when I’ve asked any questions . When we 3 sisters are panicking ,Claire has always been Proactive ,calm ,caring and very approachable. With my mother developing Dementia/Alzheimer's, and never agreeing to Power of Attorney, it was advised by Local Authority departments involved with her care that it was best for the family to consider taking up a Deputyship for her financial affairs. This prompted a request to her solicitors to see if it was possible for them to deal with this matter, and thankfully they were able to do. The solicitor handling this request has treated the application with great professionalism, been very courteous and always willing to assist with any queries. We are very grateful to her for her kindness and understanding.
