In a very short space of time she was able to sort out our wishes and legal issues. Cherrie did this with kindness patience and understanding . She made sure we knew exactly what was happening and that we fully understood the decisions we made and the impact on those decisions. She treated us with understanding especially my husband who had Alzheimers disease tjat he had fully grasped what was happening and checking his ability to make those decision on the day . Edwina and Angharad have carried out the conveyancing several times now, for both purchasing and selling property. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with them compared to experiences we've had in the past with other solicitors. They are both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent as you can always reach them on the phone or via email.

Average service so far Quite slow at responding, with some responses taking over a week and prompting to respond, and a lot of questions just slip through the cracks with no response. Typical of a lot of conveyancers recently it seems. Too high a case load I guess

Have used JCP a few times now for various requirements, they've always been fast and professional, Angela and Joshua were fantastic on this occasion as well

I would love to be able to say my experience with JCP was a great one but so far not so good. We made a big effort to go to the branch in Carmarthen yesterday and saw a lovely receptionist who said that somebody would call us back so that we could have a meeting with a solicitor. We’ve heard nothing back from them and when I phoned today, I got a call Centre in Swansea who were extremely vague and said they would put me through to some customer care unit not what I wanted. Hey we’ll keep looking for a solicitor.
