Excellent service throughout, buying a house is very stressful, every step of the way Ann was excellent, she explained what was happening and kept me informed all the way through purchasing my forever home. The many times I rang Ann I was always put straight through to her, unlike other solicitors I’ve used in the past. I would definitely recommend Ann (Howe & Spender)

What an excellent service provided by Jardine. Her knowledge, expertise and sincerity from sale to purchase filled us with the comfort and ease we could only dream of. Jardine communicated with us throughout the whole journey and always kept us in the loop. She honestly couldn't do enough for us and we would be forever grateful. As a first time home buyer you hope that your experience will be a pleasant and exciting one helped by the support and guidance of your solicitor.
Unfortunately this does not reflect my experience with Howe & Spender.
I received what I would class as the bare minimum of service, very slow to respond and keep me up to date with progress, impartial reply’s to questions and inconsistent communication.
The overall experience has been extremely stressful, impersonal with no sense of urgency whatsoever.

JCP and Heather in particular were absolutely fantastic during our house move in July 2020. We were having a disaster with a previous firm, which was causing months of delays. We instructed JCP and Heather came in late in the day to save us. Heather was amazing in getting everything sorted and most crucially, kept us in the loop throughout which was so reassuring. No hesitation in recommending.
