Process of seeking vacant possession of my rental property.
Having twice served a valid notice to my tenants and on neither occasion they would not go , I had to see legal advice . Thankfully I engaged the firm of JCP Solicitors in order to gain possession which was a protracted process . Thankfully Benjamin Davies was assigned as my legal representative and guided me through the very painstaking process ensuring that I had complied throughout my time as a Licensed Landlord under Welsh legislation.
I received expert help, advice and just as important, support and reassurance throughout the process.
Benjamin and his Partner and colleague and indeed others I had to speak to within the legal team were exemplary in their dealings with me .
The outcome meant I was able to get possession of my property at last .

Excellent service from Benjamin Davies at JCP solicitors
Throughout the process of evicting a problem tenant I've found Benjamin Davies and his team at JCP solicitors exceptionally diligent and professional from the initial serving of the notice to the very end when I received my property back, I am very grateful to Mr Davies and JCP solicitors for the work they've done

Pleasure to deal with
I was very pleased with the services provided by the very experienced team at JCP for a complex boundary rectification. Everything got resolved in our favour and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The team was very proactive and knowledgeable.
