    Excellent support and advice

    I wished to transfer my deputyship and sought advice on the matter from JCP. Not only was there support but a real understanding of the difficulties Lay Deputies face. I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise from both Jac and Elize and left the premises in a far better state of mind. Their huge experience and access to important resources will also serve my son better in the future. I know he will be in safe hands when I am no longer here.

    We have been with JCP and the Court of Protection team for over 20 years. During that time we have found JCP to be totally professional, efficient, friendly and approachable. Nothing is to much trouble and you are always able to speak to your solicitor or their team. The team have become part of our family. It's inevitable when they play a big part in your lives. You get to know them and they get to know you. They are always there to keep you updated and help if they can. Court of Protection can be daunting, however JCP are there to put things into simple terms and advise you every step of the way with clarity, honesty and compassion.Would definitely recommend JCP and the Court of Protection team to anyone who needs this service.     We have been with the Court of Protection team within JCP for over 20 years now.
