Jeremy specialises in cases involving children and domestic abuse. Jeremy has experience acting for parents and other family members in circumstances where social services are involved with children. He represents parents in complex cases involving non-accidental injuries to children and cases where parents have learning difficulties or other mental health needs. Jeremy regularly advises about domestic abuse and represents victims of abuse and those who are alleged to have been abusive. Jeremy is empathetic, hardworking and thorough. He understands that the beginning of court proceedings can be a daunting, and at times overwhelming experience. He is committed to providing clear and realistic advice to clients.
