Divorce settlement
Rather surprised the process took as long as it did, despite lockdown. There were also occasions when communications from my wife's solicitor seemed to go astray and ended up in junk mail box, which then needed chasing. It also took approximately 14 weeks from the date of divorce until I was made aware of it, after chasing for info.

We are really sorry that sometimes delays occur which are outside our control but nonetheless we know that these are very frustrating and in this instance the divorce admin centre, which was very behind with processing applications, did not notify us or the other solicitors until chased that they had at last processed the application for the final divorce but not sent it out to us.
