Had a fantastic experience with Bates Wells & Braithwaite who represented me on the purchase of my house as a first time buyer. Both Benn and Tomasz were incredibly patient with the many questions I had as someone who had not gone through this process before; communication was quick and the updates throughout the process were very much appreciated. The receptionists were also very helpful when I phoned them a couple of times in a panic about various things that were very easy to resolve where I just needed verbal reassurance.
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and thank you again for all the support in buying my first home!

Exceptional Service
Tom's service from start to finish has been nothing short of exemplary. It's quite daunting and nervous buying your 1st property but he assured me from the get go and it all went smoothly. I liked the email updates as to what had been completed and he gave me some sound advice during the later stages of completion. I also found his prices very reasonable and i wouldn't hesisitate to use Tom again. Thank you

First time buyers
My husband and I are first time buyer and Tom did really a great job. He's very professional and clear with the instructions. It was all handled well and managed to complete earlier than we expected depite the problem with the chain. Thank you very much Tom. Defenitely would recommend.
