Exceptional and expert service on complex business lease
I am writing to state how delighted I have been with the expert service provided by the team at Ashtons Legal LLP. Ashtons were recommended to me to handle an early lease termination of a business property in West London and have been amazing. Our interactions started in late 2021 with the early termination, continued to cover a license to occupy, and then when a new tenant was identified Ashtons supported me in drawing up Heads of Terms and then a new lease that was signed in early 2023.
I have limited expertise as a landlord and the Ashtons team were incredibly supportive and responsive to my every request - answering queries and helping me understand some complicated processes. I initially thought that the fees were a little high, but on reflection they proved to be excellent value for money.
I can't recommend Ashtons highly enough and am extremely grateful for their support.
