Debra qualified as a solicitor in 1993. After eighteen years of working in a large corporate law firm as Partner/Director, Debra made the decision to set up MDW Solicitors with her husband, Andrew Stocker in June 2019. Debra has in excess of 30 years of experience as a Lawyer and helped set up her previous firm 25 years ago. That firm began only specialising in criminal law, but Debra assisted in its diversification and within a few years it was a large firm dealing in all aspects of law. Debra assisted in managing the firm which went on to have in excess of 200 employees and 17 offices. ​ Now at the helm of MDW Solicitors, Debra specialises in private client work and prides herself on delivering a friendly, bespoke service to every individual for Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney, as well as Criminal cases. This includes drafting Wills, dealing in the administration of estates and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorneys. The firm also specialises in Inheritance Tax planning and Trusts. Debra also specialises in crime and is a criminal duty solicitor. She regularly attends Courts and police stations, representing clients in a wide range of situations including drink driving and speeding.     Easy and professional service from end to end. I made contact and got an initial appointment within a few days.
