Natasha was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2018, and is a Full ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) Member. Natasha graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a First Class Honors in LLB Commercial Law in 2013, she then went on to study the LPC at The University of Law, London Bloomsbury (formally The College of Law), and achieved a Commendation in 2014. After working as a paralegal for a few years in Essex and London, she completed her training contract with a regional firm in Essex and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. Natasha has worked for a number of regional firms specialising in Dispute Resolution and joined Tolhurst in November 2025.

    Fantastic Service from a great Solicitor

    It recently became necessary for us to take legal action when a resident of a house in a nearby street became wrongly convinced they had a right of way across our property. By sheer good fortune we secured the services of Natasha Kelt as our Solicitor. At a worrying & stressful time for us Natasha put us instantly at ease with her professional & friendly attitude, with sound & honest advice from the word go. Thankfully Natasha was quickly able to verify with a mountain of proof that the resident of the other property had no legal grounds for their claim. Thankfully these people have now accepted that they had made a mistake & the matter is now resolved. We found Natasha to be a 1st class Solicitor & would not hesitate to engage her services again should the need arise or recommend her services to others. Thank you so much Natasha!

    would never use anyone else now!

    I was lost in a legal system I could not understand. Natasha was the only solicitor to return my calls and advise me on my next steps and what to do if I needed legal representation. Natasha from start to finish was the kindness and difference we need in the world. A solicitor who showed patience and compassion with me whilst absolutely doing the best job and really wanted to help. Always made time and still down to earth in amongst the legal profession. She gave me an idiots guide every time I asked and she got me the results my family were entitled too. Honestly THE BEST! Highly recommended.

    Probate dispute resolution

    When we found we were going round in circles trying to resolve a probate dispute and getting nowhere we asked Natasha for advice. We found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient but very approachable also. After taking a full history she gave us several options, guiding us through them.
