Amy joined Swinburne Maddison LLP as an Associate Solicitor in 2023 having qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. Following her studies at Northumbria University, Amy gained experience working within the Private Client teams of law firms based in Newcastle. Amy’s specialist areas include the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates and advising clients on trusts and estate planning. She is regularly praised for her sensitive approach, particularly when guiding clients through what can be a very difficult time in their lives.
