Exploiting the Housing Disrepair crisis! Greedy company!!
Just handled my housing disrepair case and what a shambles. Should have gone to court with my claim but didn't just to get rid of these solicitors. Had new repairs whilst this was going on the last 12 mths, which they refused to come and do. Solicitors told me to send them pictures, which I did , then never did anything about it. Every time I spoke to Christa Makri, the "paralegal" dealing with my case, she didn't have a clue what I was going on about. They employed 250 people this year to make a 'killing" in the Housing Disrepair sector , just throwing 100s of claims through to make quick money. Ended up taking £1,073 out of my £2,500, even though they're getting their costs paid by my housing association. Get yourself a decent solicitor. I had PDLaw Solicitors years ago and they didn't take a penny out of my compensation. Stay clear if you want to keep your sanity!!!
