The Burnside Partnership recently completed the management of my late Mothers estate. It was very complicated as my Mother would not appoint a Power of attorney and she spent the last two years in a Care Home. This meant we were unable to do anything with the house for this period. Also, there was an added complication of there being two families involved in the Wills. Although there were many twists and turns along the way, which included having to deal with both the DWP and HMRC which proved to be no easy task. Joanna Ensor and her team, Hemisha Patel and Alastair Chappell looked after us in a very caring and efficient manner and dealt with all the complications as they came along. I can highly recommend the team for their professionalism and efficient communication should you need the services of a very good solicitor.
