In 2021, Hannah secured a role within the Litigation Team, and has since dealt with a caseload of litigated claims, both on the fast track and small claims track. This included claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau for those who have been involved in accidents with uninsured or untraced drivers. Hannah has now recommenced her studies towards the LLB on a part time basis with the ultimate goal of qualifying as a solicitor in the future. Hannah joined PM Law in 2018 as a New Claims Assistant, conducting telephone interviews and obtaining instructions from potential new clients. In 2019, she was promoted to Claims Handler within the portal team, dealing with her own caseload of MOJ portal claims. After leaving university in 2018, Hannah wanted to follow her passion for helping others. She had really enjoyed studying tort law and was determined to obtain a role within the legal sector. PM Law gave Hannah her first opportunity in the legal sector and have continued to help her develop within the industry.

Thorough, communicative & helpful!
I contacted PM Law after a bike accident i was involved with after a collision with a car with a driver who sped off. I was told by other solicitors that due to the lack of CCTV and witness statements, it might be difficult to prosecute the named driver and therefore receive adequate compensation.
PM Law saw things differently and from the get-go were determined to help me pursue the outcome I felt was justified.
Hannah was superb from the beginning, explaining to me the reasons for any delay, chasing the insurers on my behalf, and securing a settlement i was happy with.

Compensation claim for my son.
Hannah has been absolutely brilliant with her correspondence, help and advice throughout my claim in aid of my son. I struggle with many things since suffering ill health a few years ago and has been understanding in explaining things and patient and i can’t thank her enough. Even though it has been a very long process, she has done her upmost to resolve the matter and get my son the help he needed during the process.

Superb service

Fantastic Hannah Gains
With Hannah’s expertise my claim for damages was dealt with quickly and efficiently. She always kept me informed of progress by telephone and email and was always available to explain the intricacies of my claim when I struggled to understand points of procedure.
