Brilliant!
Dafydd was amazing throughout both our sale and house purchase. He kept us in the loop the whole time, always got back to us quickly, and was super easy to reach by phone or email. He seemed to be one step ahead the whole way through, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

Sale of Property
This is the third time that we have used Dafydd. This time it was for the sale of my Mother in Laws property in Leicester. Dafydd was very professional and went through all the documents with my Mother in Law and myself and explained the process. All the costs were emailed at the beginning.
We were kept updated through the process. The whole sale was completed in eight weeks and that included a 2 week break for Christmas, which we thought was excellent.
The final invoice was was the same, as what we were told it would be at the beginning. Good value.
Would high recommend Dafydd.
