My conveyancer was really personable and I had complete confidence in his work. He answered all my emails and telephone calls quickly - always by the next day but very often within a couple of hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. Ours was leasehold, needed a buy to let mortgage and turned out to be very complicated but he didn't charge any more for the extra time it must have taken him.

WGAs Philip Hasler and team did a fantastic job with both my property sale and purchase. Kept me well informed throughout the process and was always available for for telephone calls. The process could not have been managed any better, I will defiantly use WGA again should the need arise.
