Worst conveyancing solicitors I have ever used, expensive and took 6 months plus to complete and exchange contracts. POOR! POOR! POOR! Ended up in a house with no heating moved in December with 2 year old baby after offering in July. WHT THE HELL HAPPENED TO 6-7 WEEKS start to finish (Your all a bunch of rip off merchants!)
