We arranged an appointment spent a good hour going over the details of our case, heard nothing for a couple of weeks. We then receive an email asking me to call so Kevin can go over the details again. A week later received an email of the letter he had written on our behalf, it was all wrong, I had to call to get them to retrieve the letter from mail bag. Then another telephone appointment was made, yet again he cancelled and made a new one for a couple of days after. I have just sat waiting again for 20 minutes, no call, no explanation. I have called the office no one knows why he has not called. Therefore I had no choice but to instruct them I will be going else were. So very disappointed in this company, as a family we have always used them and last year Nic handled some business for us, he was most professional. I would avoid, not worth the stress.
