House Sale and Purchase
I sold my house in June 2022 with Harry. He was great. Everything just ran smoothly and he always kept me up to date. Then when i purchased a flat he was also great even though after ten months it all fell through. I eventually found another place in July this year. I finally got my keys yesterday. Harry was so great throughout. I would highly recommend him and Bannister Preston Solicitors. An all round great professional experience.

SALE & PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
We engaged with Bannister and Preston in May 2022 for a sale and purchase of property and was put in touch with Harry Parkes. Harry dealt with us for almost 16 months. His patience in dealing with our first sale and subsequent loss of our property and the help and honest responses to our second attempt at selling and buying were brilliant. Our second sale had a very difficult buyer to deal with and his efficiency was great. His instruction and information was really easy to follow and he always responded to any queries we had. A great bonus from this Firm is their insurance policy you can request for a no sale no fee. We used this on our first attempt at selling and saved a great deal of money. We also took this out for the second sale and purchase, thankfully this was not used. We would definitely use this company again if required and would not hesitate to request Harry's help. Bannister and Preston are lucky to have such a great solicitor in their company. It's also lovely to be able to speak and see someone face to face if required. Thanks Harry.

Efficient and responsive
