Could not have wished for a better outcome
Divorce can be both expensive and painful, instructing the right Solicitor is imperative, Rebecca Gardiner was recommended to me by a Barrister friend and whilst I had not previously used her practice it was clear from our first meeting this was not a Solicitor looking to make a one off killing.
Rebecca was extremely practical and guided me through the various options and at the same time spoke to my wife in a conciliatory manner explaining the proceedings but also advising that at some stage she needed to obtain independent advice.
I was very pleased with the overall outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca

Couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor
I have so many good things to say that I don’t know where to begin? From the very start Rebecca’s approach had a personal touch to her professionalism. When you’re taking a tough decision, like a divorce, you need somebody empathic to understand what you went through which eventually led to that decision and Rebecca definitely is very empathic. I would also like to mention Ayush, who was assisting Rebecca with my case, and was equally nice and professional. I cannot thank Rebecca and Ayush enough for all they’ve done for me, they gave the best advice, they were very comforting during my moments of anxiety and never failed to respond even on their days off. Simply Brilliant! A good team to have on your side.
Was stuck in a merry -go -round of a divorce proceeding for many years until a good friend recommended Josiah- lake Gardiner. My first call with Rebecca a few days before Christmas in 2022 provided the relief and opportunity for me to breathe for the first time in many years. Rebecca instantly put my mind at rest and was always positive about the outcome even during really difficult times. Very pleased with how my case was treated.
I couldn't have gone through my divorce case with any other solicitors. Rebecca and Ruth were very professional and absolutely helpful through it all. All through the process, I felt totally safe as a result of their efficiency and clear communication.

Fantastic personal service
Rebecca was brilliant and made me feel at ease. She genuinely cares and made me feel calm, considering I was very anxious given I’m divorcing. I would thoroughly recommend Rebecca. She has a great sense of humour too!
