We had previously lived in SW London but did not use a local solicitor on our previous move, and so we looked for a local firm and Diana Csok ( at Rose and Rose) was recommended to us by friends. We initially managed to put a chain together and Diana was very active in ensuring initial documentation requests and sale/purchase/my queries were promptly and efficiently handled. However, the initial chain collapsed, but within two weeks (mid-November) we managed to reinstate the chain but with an incredibly tight timescale to complete – on 18 January. As this was over the Christmas and New Year holiday period, I was not expecting we could meet this timescale, but Diana proved equal to the task and we completed on time. This also turned out not to be a straightforward transaction as certain documentation had been incorrectly completed by our house developer and filed with Land Registry – again Diana was very proactive to trying to reach a solution and eventually negotiated a way forward post sale, thus allowing completion. In short, this was a purchase and sale with incredibly tight timescales (and other problems) and Diana performed superbly – we were very pleased to have chosen Diana (at Rose and Rose) and have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending her services.

I have used Rose & Rose Legal twice this year and consistently received excellent service. Solicitors often have a reputation for causing delays and not responding quickly, this was not my experience with Diana Csok and Natasha Mohabir.
