Transfer of ownership
Our solicitor at Ashtons helped us smoothly and quickly transfer the ownership of a property within members of our family. She was always prompt with her replies to our queries and kept absolutely to her estimate of costs. We used Ashtons last year for another property matter around rights of access/way and like last year, we found that the service provided was friendly, courteous and fast and we would certainly recommend Ashtons.

Great, professional service
Although the support we needed was for something relatively straightforward, Ashtons provided detailed and timely advice throughout the process. In my experience, solicitors have to be constantly chased but this was not the case with Ashtons Legal. They were simultaneously proactive and responsive.
