I have used Coodes Holsworthy, and Pam Johns in particular, for several property transactions over the past ten years and have found the service to be good and efficient. Never had cause to complain or chase them up. I would certainly not have gone back repeatedly if the service was in any way below par. I have recommended them to many of my customers who have also expressed satisfaction with their service. Personally, I would recommended them.

Never again
We have used a number of solicitors in other counties over years, and have always found them to be respectable, professional people.
Moving into the area, the estate agent recommended Pam Johns from Coodes Holsworthy for conveyancing for a farm.
As soon as we had signed up, we felt she was rude; her tone on the telephone toward us was often brusque, patronising or unfriendly. Emails were terse, for example just three letters 'FYI'. We had questions glossed over, and we often felt dismissed or ignored and without a proper answer.
Having become upset by her, we started checking all of the work coming to us. We found several mistakes, including missing off fields we were purchasing!
Having used other law firms for numerous purchases very smoothly over the years, her conduct was an unpleasant shock which made this conveyancing process stressful and upsetting.
Never again.
