Kate was fantastic, so knowledgeable and really put us at ease through the whole process. We feel so much better now that everything we needed to sort is now in place. Pepperells Experience!
Kate was truly professional in assisting me with the undertaking of my Will. Any questions I had she answered and if she didn't know she asked her colleagues then came back to me. Would definitely go back and also recommend Kate and Pepperells to anyone.

Excellent Service

Very satisfied
Although I had been a client of Pepperells in the past and they held my old Will I was not advised that their offices had been moved to another location in the city.
It was therefore extremely stressful (I am a senior partially disabled person),
tiring and time-wasting locating their new premises.
However, I did manage to find their new premises and received good service.
