I recently completed my first house purchase through Barcan+Kirby with the help of Holly and the team. They were professional, thorough, organised, supportive and prompt in communication. Holly was always willing to explain terms I wasn't familiar with.
My interests were always kept first, even when it meant giving uncomfortable due diligence updates, because it would affect me longer-term; and then worked to proactively resolve with all stakeholders.
