Excellent advice, service and fantastic to deal with - would recommend
Carla was amazing throughout, from the issue with our first purchaser pulling out, to us offering on 3 properties and withdrawing on 2 after survey results
A long process for us (literally a year) and Carla had the patience and tenacity to push the transaction through. Always available for solid advice and available as and when required.
Also, a big thank you to Faye who stepped in if Carla was away.
We would definitely recommend Carla!

Buying and selling a property, Probate and my Fathers Will.
The whole team have been amazing and helpful every step of the way. They helped me sort my Dads will his estate, the selling of his property and the purchasing of our property. Couldn't fault them in anyway Went above and beyond for us and would always get back to our questions within a very reasonable time. Would 100% use again.

Incredible service
We moved in to our first home in July, after putting our offer in 7 weeks prior. We were amazed at the speed in which things progressed, and I put this largely down to the amazing work of Carla. I don't think we ever went more than two days without hearing from her, either with an update, asking us if we received our post, or requesting any next actions from us. This was extremely reassuring and allowed us to keep on top of what was going on. Carla answered all of our questions without delay - buying our first home brought up lots of unknowns and Carla was extremely understanding of our back and forth questioning. She made the whole experience comfortable, easy to understand, and stress free. She remained professional throughout, though had a very personable approach that made you feel reassured and at ease. I could not recommend Carla enough, I definitely will recommend to any one who asks, and without a doubt would use again. Thank you Carla, we are so grateful.
