I would highly recommend Jonathan Koffman in all matters of divorce and finance. Jonathan guided me through both matters of divorce and finance with the confidence, strategy, support and guidance that was required. Aware of up-to-date legislation, he identified at each stage of my divorce my options and the best possible (realistic) way forward, the specified time frame and relayed any costs incurred. He filed the divorce petition for the Decree Nisi which was processed and finalised quickly. In matters of finance, he guided me through complex forms (e.g. Form E) with diligence, identifying what information I needed to collate to complete applications to file at court. Once more he provided clear time frames. Unlike some solicitors Jonathan responded to my emails the following day at the latest, honoured pre-arranged telephone conferences and (pre Covid-19) never once re-arranged agreed meetings. A committed, diligent and supportive solicitor his services are second to none. Client’s interests are at the forefront of Jonathan’s services, including client costs and he listened to my anxieties and provided the reassurances that were needed through a difficult period of my life.
