Me and and husband have been fighting with the Home Office for eight years, with Ish's clear advice and they way he took this complex case, was not easy at all. Ish and his team have recently helped us make a successful appeal. He was very sharp in analysing the case and very clear in executing the procedure. Through his expertise, we were able to accurately express our claims with legal arguments. He explained each stage sufficiently and prepared us with the right expectations for the outcomes of each action. He was confident with his professional knowledge while remained humble and open-minded during communications. He also found us an excellent barrister, Mr Hussian, who performed a very persuasive defence for us during the hearing. We were impressed by Ish’s kind manner and that the whole experience was very client-oriented. Spoke to Ish and he provided honest advice. He couldn't help me with my parents visa but no fault of his own. It was more to do with the rules. He just didn't want my money otherwise he would have applied for the visa to get his fee. Very well done Ish. Will be in touch if the rules changes.
