This is the second time I have used this solicitors. Firstly with Victoria doing my will who was absolutely amazing giving advice and clear explanations, so patient with us. We have just sold our house in the UK and we live overseas. From the receptionist upwards everyone has been exceptional. Was surprised how long the procedure took but expect that’s how it works in the UK. Would highly recommend them.

After being recommended to use Forbes for the sale of my property by someone who had purchased in a chain, I would absolutely say the same. The app to follow the progress was very useful and the overall communication from my solicitor was excellent. I have used other solicitors previously and have been frustrated by the process, but did not feel this way at all with Forbes and Hayley Nikandrou as my named solicitor. Thank you for the service- great value for money too!

Hayley N was exceptional in her communication as the solicitor for the sale of my property.
