Emma helped me through a very difficult divorce and financial agreement and I am so grateful to her for being there for me every step of the way, She is extremely efficient and knowledgable and responsive, I could always rely on a quick response and a solution to every problem we ran in to along the way, she was always able to explain things in a way I understand and talk me through each process.
Emma made me feel completely supported and not just like a client or a number I felt a genuine concern and care and understanding for me and of my situation and I feel she went above and beyond to do everything she could for me to get the best result, which we did, she fought hard to get it and I was extremely pleased with the outcome Emma achieved for me.
I was very impressed with all aspects of Emma’s work, her letters were always very strong and extremely well written.
Overall I also had a great experience with the company and all other members of the team who helped me over the phone or via email, everyone was friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend Emma and use her again, I have complete trust and faith in her and I will always be thankful she was the person to support me through this difficult case.

Excellent service and outstanding support
Having instructed Emma to act on my behalf through the family courts, I have received nothing, but support and excellent communication throughout my whole experience. Nothing is was too much trouble , I felt constantly kept in the loop. I was easily able to contact Emma if I needed further clarification or reassurance.
I would highly recommend Emma Roche to anyone who is considering instructing Barcan and Kirby.
