Best legal representation and highly recommended
Before I first came to Byron I understand nothing about my case I was involved in. I did not know where to start. Byron helped me and guided me to the right path that I should take. My case was not ordinary and it was one of the most complicated cases I guess but Byron and his team made the impossible possible for me. His dedication and expertise and genuine care have made a huge difference in my life. It took time for me to write this review as the words were not enough to express my gratitude to Byron and his team.
I especially mention Marilou Mitra who has been very helpful throughout. She is very patient and she took the time to listen attentively to my situation, offering empathy and understanding. She has been amazing and professional throughout .

Expatriate Law- Support in divorce proceedings
I contacted expatriate Law as I was divorcing through UK Courts but as an Ex Patriate based in Dubai. I wanted a company that could offer a wealth of legal advice across both systems as a precaution, which, they have the expertise to offer. I would like to express how supportive, professional and knowledgeable Byron James, and his team were. I was guided at each step and found that Expatriate Law provided clear and concise advice and support. I would recommend this company for 10 stars if I could...
Byron and his team have been nothing short of amazing. Dealing with what is a very complex case, involving children of a same relationship split between the UK and Dubai, Byron has clearly explained all the processes and possibilities, always planning for the next step and the just incase. Fortunately we’ve never needed the just incase as everything so far has gone above and beyond literally. Thanks to the excellent work of Expatriate Law. I do not know where I would be without Expatriate Law...

Excellent, highly recommend
Byron James is a fantastic solicitor who I would recommend to anyone engaged in a family law dispute. He was an incredible support for me, I always felt far more positive and encouraged after speaking to him. He guided me meticulously through the process, was always efficient, and was generous with his time and expertise. He would always tell me what I needed to hear (as opposed to what I might have wanted to hear), was honest and realistic. I hope never to need his services again (which I of course mean in the nicest possible way) but would be straight back in touch with him if the circumstances ever arose again. Also a special mention to the support staff who were always friendly and helpful, namely Marilou Mitra and Sally Pretorius.
